At Wade Building Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
